View model help

I just changed my view model and it's terrible and when I try to set it back to the default one it does do anything someone help

Do you mean like mat_phong or fov?

Have you tried it through console?

Command for changing the viewmodel fov is

viewmodel_fov [whatever you want to use] (54 is default)

I'm trying to change the view model to the default because I don't like the one I have now. When I tried to change it didn't Change the view

try fov_desired 45 in console then type viewmodel_fov 45 in console or vise versa

this has worked for me before, not sure if it still works though.

Changing advanced options seems to reset the FoV for some reason. (lol?)
Try enabling hitsounds and then disabling them from the menu.
