Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I don't really understand why I've been banned, I have two theories, one more likely then the other.

Whilst hosting a LAN party a week or two back I suspect someone was using a hack on one of your TF2 servers if this is the case I'm certain it will not happen again and no one will be using my computer in my absence.

The other theory is that it was an accidental ban in which I cannot control.

Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and I hope I can get back to using and supporting your servers in the future.​

The account that was originally banned has the same name as your main account. It's also VAC banned. It's obvious you hacked.

This is a smurf that I no longer use? It's hardly fair I get banned on your servers when I haven't even hacked, also if there is another situation in the future where I get banned from the servers due to hacking I will understand fully.

Surely everyone deserves a second chance, especially when it isn't there fault?

The account that was caught hacking on Skial (which was also VAC banned) is under your IP address which used your name.

It's blatantly obvious that you hacked on an alt account and you will not be unbanned or given a second chance. We have a 0 tolerance policy on hackers

Seems a bit weird how you're banning someone with 738 hours and is a credit to his community for something he has no control over?
