Why should you be unbanned?:

Hello! I was banned before I had this as my Steam account, it was originally owned by my brother, then I got it about 3 years ago. The reason I have been banned is "Fake repping" I don't know what that means. I am innocent. I am only appealing now because I knew needed to before now and it didn't affect much at all. You're appeal is implying you could have appealed sooner yet you chose to now because now it matters to you? Doesn't sound like a viable untag reason to me. Your account was tagged for impersonating a reputable user. I don't see any reason to file for lifting your tag or even reducing to caution. That being said, Appeal Declined

So that's my offence, I says there that me an old account from the same household "MADCUSUBAD" are both impersonating that MADCUSUBAD. The same user?(that doesn't make sense to me). Im confused please explain. Also yes I am appealing now that it matters because there was no reason for me to spend my time doing this earlier, there was no purpose in doing earlier. 1. This account, your alternate account, was banned for impersonating. We tagged your current account because the same malicious activities can occur between accounts run by the same user
2. Again, I'm not content with lifting your appeal because I don't feel you deserve to let back into the community just because you want to. Several times in the past, we have declined users the right to have a tag removed simply because there is no remorse thus portraying no care for the community which is what basically scammers are. Right now what you're saying is that you want to be let back into because it matters to you now which all I can respond to is the following: It doesn't matter to us whether you get untagged or not, the only users we untag are those who regret what they did and show care towards the community, you are not one of those users

With all that being said, once again, appeal declined.

This account was banned when my brother was in control, for being his alt accounts, the other alt account was also his account and still is. Then I just got this account already with this ban in place. What Im trying to say is, I have nothing to do with this stuff and i'm being banned off of sites for this when I haven't done anything thing wrong. That chat which you guys have as evidence was not me, I did not use Steam at the time. Staticky is my brother username if that means anything. I don't know what else to say other than Im innocent. We cannot prove that, whether it's your account or your brother's account, there's no guarantee that:

• It is your account
• You are in control of it anytime it's online and no one else

And there's no way to confirm either of those thus allowing a potential scammer (your brother if it is) back into the community.

So there is nothing I can do because I don't have evidence. NO ONE EVER SCAMMED ANYONE USING THIS ACCOUNT! In over 3 years of it existing the only thing done wrong is be created, is that not evidence that i'm not a fucking scammer? Plus I know I can't prove this but my brother does not use this computer. Also whats the big deal with someone having 2 accounts? That doesn't automatically make them a scammer. Maybe you need evidence to say that i'm a scammer in the first place.

1. It's not only about scamming, users have been tagged on Steamrep for attempted scamming in the past for because the user has malicious intent to do harm to a user(s). In a way, your account impersonating the real "MADCUSUBAD" 3 years ago, making you seem like a reputable user is proof enough that there was malicious intent.
2. Having 2 accounts basically just enables the same tagged user to repeat their actions without being noticed, we tag alternate accounts so that they are noticed and the community is aware that trading with them make cause self-harm.
3. If you took the time to read the first line I typed and clicked on the blue text, it shows the evidence we have to prove you were/are a user of malicious intent. Any information other than that is impossible to obtain because you took 3 years to appeal, that's not our fault, that's yours.

I have already stated why I would not like to allow you back into the trading community and I will not repeat myself, look above if you must know again.
