As most of us know, Marvel is releasing a whole lot of cool movies in the next couple of years. DC is trying to do the same. I always see Marvel fans and DC fans going at it like a slaughterfest online when it comes to who's better. So what do you guys think? Who do you prefer? Or do you just not care or like both of them? Personally for me, I prefer Marvel. That said, DC does have some pretty cool stuff.

Also, please keep this thread clean. It's all personal opinions. Don't change this into an all out war.

If you argue over Marvel vs. DC then you are a bigger nerd than people who fight Xbox vs. Playstation or PC vs. Consoles. Both are pretty cool and have their up and downs.

It's not an argument. I just want to see who likes which.
 
DC has more quality comics and storylines, but Marvel movies are just so high-caliber and they make DC look smaller and less capable of making a quality action movie.

In all honesty, I don't even remember the last time a movie with DC characters was billed/publicized as a DC movie. Even the Dark Knight trilogy was more popularized by the character rather than the brand itself.
 
Personally for me, I think that DC dominates in animation while Marvel dominates in film. The Dark Knight series was great but it didn't stay true to the character from the comics. Justice League is supposed to finally bring Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman together but I'm pretty doubtful, mainly because Warner Brothers apparently put together a "no joke" policy and DC movies are supposed to be dark and serious now. If it was just Batman, I think it'd be fine but if it;s supposed to be all their movies, it would get old pretty quickly.
