Ever since yesterday when I had started up Firefox to watch the super bowl, which was open to the stream for 5+ hours, Google Chrome has had a really slow start-up. I've done a Malwarebytes full scan and a Windows Defender full scan, with no luck. I have turned off "Use hardware acceleration when available" and "Continue running background apps when Google Chrome is closed," and nothing has changed.

1. Uninstall Chrome
2. Enable "Show hidden files".
3. Browse to C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\Google and delete "Chrome" folder;

4. Disable "Show hidden files".
5. Install Google Chrome.
6. Try again.
