Well what would really help is if you posted in the right thread.

When do the games get hard?

Excluding turn about big top. fuck that one it doesn't count
Turnabout Big Top is hard? Where at? Also the last case is always the most difficult for one reason or another. There's also points where you have to ignore pursuing the truth and play dumb to make someone (usually the killer) slip their tongue which are hard purely because they defy everything that the series promotes.

Bigtop isn't hard, it just uses a lot of stupid logic. Not hard in a traditional sense, but in a "No fucking way that works" sense.

I still don't know which parts you are specifically talking about. It all made sense to me.

So he drops a statue from a higher floor, hits a dude on the head, his cape flies up, lands on the statue, and people believes he is flying?

Oh yeah I totally forgot about all of that. It makes even less sense since Max reveals that he can't fly outside of the tent and everyone still thinks he did just because one of the most annoying characters in the series saw his silhouette at the scene. Never mind the fact that his bust went missing on the day of the murder that's just a coincidence right? On top of this Ben and Trilo just irritate the heck out of me with their cliche skits that happen every time you try and talk to them (Moe is even worse, firing of a bad pun or joke every other sentence). The only thing I liked about that case was the murderer and the way he's presented as a sympathetic villain. Thanks for triggering my repressed memories and reminding why this is my least favorite case in the series.

Is it just a spin off, and is it on the e shop? If the only way to get it is physical I'll just skip it
It is not a spin off, Apollo Justice is a sequel set about 7 years after Trials and Tribulations and one year before Dual Destinies. Dunno about e-shop availability since I kept my copy.

yeah wtf

an hour ago he left with my 3ds. I was having a conversation with my mom and I remembered I forgot it and sorta said it out loud.
my sister overhears and I guess she texted him that I forgot it.
an hour later he comes back with it, his house is almost an hour away. That makes me feel bad.
