Any other reason you should be admin:
I am in love with Tf2, I have been playing it for over 2000 hours. Being an Admin is an honor plus a huge responsibility. With Skial's huge player base, I'm willing to try and take down those bad guys for all. I have traded lots of times, through trust, I have recieved 48 Trust points on Backpack.tf Through here: http://backpack.tf/trust/76561198105209551 I currently have my own server, but I never pay too much attention to it, I do however know how to use the commands properly. I never plan on leaving Steam nor Team Fortress 2, if you need me, I'll be here.​

I'm pretty sure you haven't improved yet. You aren't even eligible, since you still don't have your 10 days of time.

What they meant by 10 hours on the last application is that you need 10 hours of playtime on SKIAL servers.
 
-1. You did not get it the first time so you make a new one and act immature about it. We can check your times on the servers, don't treat the community like its this brain dead.
 
I marked your previous app as 'improve' earlier today.
Grosso modo, your ban command is still wrong, and you still have less than 10 days of connection time on skial servers.

Please only reapply when this changes: when you have more than 10 days of connection time.
