He is a great player and person, he regularly plays on skial servers, he would be a great asset to skial for being an admin and enforcing the rules. + 1

  2. What procedures would you take if someone insulted you and other users on the server (use yours here)

2. Simply insulting someone is not against the rules, however, if the insult is directed towards a persons gender, religion, sexual orientation, or race, a silence would be vindicated; and if the case was serious enough, a server ban would take place in my opinion.

If a ban is needed (1st offense): sm_ban "#[U:1:93019483]" 1440 "whatever reason it would be for"

Looks good but...
  1. For the first one, I'm asking you to silence, muting is disabling an individual's voice communication privileges, it would need to be a silence, formatting is correct otherwise
  2. For the second one, also would need a silence, muting someone's mic when there being racist in chat is pointless, formatting and procedures is correct otherwwise
  3. For the second one, [this is an additional question] give me an instance of a scenario that would be "serious enough" that it needs a ban, formatting is correct
 
A situation where I believe a ban would be warranted for an insult, would be if the person's insult was directed at large scale of the players on the servers regarding their gender, religion, sexual orientation, or race. Although, insulting an individual should not be taken lightly, attacking several players on a server is far worse and therefore, I think it deserves a heavier punishment.

Whether an individual insults in a way that is against the rules is depicted on several people at once or not only really changes the mood of the situation, it does not change the seriousness of the punishment and the appropriate punishment would be placed as usual. A scenario in which a ban would need to be placed is if a silence won't do anything, for example, an individual is silenced and changes their name to insult the user that breaks the rules in the process, a silence won't do anything to their name so what do you do? You ban them.
 
Several players are in awe with "Deadfront's" TF2 skillz and want to celebrate Deadfront's greatness with a conga line in the spawn during the game. How do you handle this?
A player is standing in front of snipers blocking there shots what do you do?
 
Conga:
I'd warn them about how refusing to help your team advance is considered griefing and is a bannable offense; if they continue ever after my warning, a ban will be issued to all players involved in the line.
Blocking shot:
Again, that is against the rules since it harms your team for an extended period of time. So, I will warn them and if they continue a ban will take place. (btw it's their*)

Since you didn't give me any specific people/person to ban, I'll use my steam id as an example:

I have literally never seen this guy on 2Fort US but based on his connection time and chat log he seems like a decent, stable person so I'll throw in my +1.
