It is finally here!

An update to Team Fortress 2 has been released. The update will be applied automatically when you restart Team Fortress 2. The major changes include:

  • End of the Line Community Update has arrived!
    • Check out the community-created movie and web page (http://www.teamfortress.com/endoftheline/)
    • The event will run through till January 5th, 2015, and includes finding ducks, duck statistics and Friends leaderboards
    • Added End of the Line Community Crate Key
    • Added 21 cosmetic items featured from End of the Line
    • Added Pyro Taunt - Pool Party
    • Added multi-class melee weapon – The Crossing Guard
    • Added Duck Journal and Duck Tokens for the End of the Line event
  • Fixed The Swagman's Swatter and Tough Stuff Muffs not being held by the Sniper during the melee taunt
  • Updated the crosshair to not draw while taunting

I used to play this game back when this was announced

this would have been a better MtH

Is it wrong I was more worried about what was going to happen to those kittens than the mercenaries?
 
I don't think they are giving up the game. I think this was all for a train pun. Wouldn't surprise me. I mean, it is valve

They didn't specify or imply anywhere that its the last update they'll be doing.

Plus they make a killing off TF2 for little work. The community gives them almost all their cosmetics and new weapon models now days and they have at least two maps they're officially making that are still in development stage

I think it is too, for a last update I think tf2 would get more than some jackets, a pool and some weapons.
 
This was extremely entertaining, though. Fantastic short with a ton of cool visuals. I still can't believe people do this with models from a 2007 game

Ya can't pocket a Sniper for promising results and he probably likes medic, although the heavy medic bromance shows up and fits nicely with the video.
 
This looks pretty cool.
Gives me incentive to pick up TF2 again.

Oh yeah, and GO HEAVY.
