You have plenty of items to trade up to one.
Just remember, the guy selling the fade isn't probably going to want a flipknife
Knife ($172) + Ak-47 Case (38$) + M4A1-S Atomic (21$) + M4A4 X-Ray (7$) + Desert Eagle | Conspiracy (5$) = 242$ = Enough for Huntsman Fade. With your AWP you can probably get a nice 100% fade one.
The guy selling the fade, like I said, might turn down the offer because of the fact that it's a flip, and because it's downgrading. I would expect the seller to want overpay, so you really can't factor the AWP in for a chance to get a 100%, as it will probably be traded as overpay.
