I would be disappointed but not mad. I’ve looked at many of the applications here and have not seen any faults in the admin selection process. I assume that if I didn’t become an admin, or became one and then lost it, there would be a good reason.

I am a relaxed guy that doesn’t get upset about anything gameplay related. The things people usually complain about, I accept as part of the game, for example, random crits, deadringers, camping demos and so on. The thing I do get upset about is when someone ruins the game for others by griefing, racism, bullying, etc. People should be able to come and play this game on good servers in a good atmosphere, and this is something I would like to help ensure exists on the servers I frequent.
I play primarily on the Turbine server and although I see Sargent¥ there frequently, one guy can’t do it all, even though Sarge is a pro. When there are 32 people on the server there is often one person that tries to spoil the game for everyone else and I’d like to see this happen less often. I am friends with many of the regulars to the server and even if I’m not there myself, I’m sure they would let me know when there is an issue and I could join to deal with it. The server is full of great people that hate to see a bad apple bring it down. Although I play primarily on Turbine, I do frequent the other servers mentioned above from time to time, and would be happy to help out there as well, or on any Skial TF2 server for that matter.
