Once you get out of the addiction, it'll be worth it. Just fight the temptation with a hobby. It is really... really... really hard.
I have gotten killed quite a lot while lighting a smoke.Once you get out of the addiction, it'll be worth it. Just fight the temptation with a hobby.
Or do the other things on your list, to distract yourself from smoking, i might be able to help you out on getting better in csgo.

I used to grow "Shitake" mushrooms, but never really had enough at one time to do anything like that.Call me crazy, but I have found psychedelics to be quite useful as a tool in quitting cigarettes, booze, ect. Psilocybin can be an extremely powerful tool to get in touch with your true self, identify faults, and formulate meaningful solutions. I used to smoke cigarettes, drink, do coke, smoke weed, and eat terribly unhealthy food. After a few heroic psilocybin sessions (obviously not in a short time span), I have quit smoking both cigarettes and weed, stopped eating bad foods, don't drink, and oddly enough have even changed up my tastes in music and entertainment. I have become more in touch with my inner self. You may be a bit too young to try a heroic mushroom session, but if you aren't too young, it is life changing. By heroic I am referring to a dose of 5 grams or more. First time heroic doses are usually 4.5-5 grams dry. My first heroic was 50 grams wet. All words and reality were gone on that one. Complete and total ego death. Only when the falsities of our ego melt away can we find our true selves. Of course many of you will think I am some sort of crazy druggie for even suggesting this kind of thing. However there are many scientific and academic backings for what I am saying. Everyone needs to find their own path though. I merely pointed a direction. I will not urge you to walk it, but merely ask you to consider possibilities.

I actually heard the same stuff on a podcast earlier in the week. People in a case study took a dose and gradually shifted how they were living / personality for the better over the following year. Described as a therapeutic sort of thing.Psilocybin stuff

This one isn't mainly about the weight, its about changing my life one small step at a time, instead of something big I focus my energy and time into, one small thing that takes a small amount of time, but helps on the large scale. You've made so many threads I am now convinced your trolling or looking for pity. Please, we have given you all the advice we could, either do something or accept your life as is and stop making so many threads. I know it sounds harsh but if you were serious you would have taken some of our advice. I know I sound like a douche and "I dont understand" but I understand more than you could know. You either have to decide to be uncomfortable for a long time, or be the man you are now.
