Declined Get rid of Turn All Talk off in votemenu in Jailbreak

I believe there was a thread made about this earlier, but why is this even an option?
Guards and especially the warden need to be able to give orders via mic.
Also, I know i'm making a lot of Suggestions. I'll try to make this my last one for a while.

better yet, leave it labelled as turn alltalk off and make it actually slay the player who called the vote (or kick him if he's already dead for the round)


EDIT: wait a minute, the Warden's orders are simply in the standard chat, not broadcast via. SourceMod to every player? 'cause if it was broadcast via. SourceMod, then alltalk could be off and ghosting wouldn't be an issue

The strange thing is it was approved but alltalk voting still remained
