No its going to be a Gage armor pack. Buy 2 armors for 11.99. And yet, the armor for enforcer will be better then both armors combined. Or the Combined Tactical Vest is slightly better, but you know, the new armors will be Higher leveled items

in the last day of the Framing Frame mission, Bain says something like "1600 Penn, maybe we go there for our next big score"

1600 Penn aka 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington DC = the White House

Goldfarb (yes, that one, from EA) made huge promises that the dev team wasn't able to deliver (7 day heists, more than were at launch, etc.). He's also responsible for the disgusting amount of DLC. He's finally gone, so maybe we'll start having nice things again.
