Detailed Explanation / Screenshots / Demos:red team was getting spawn camped and completely dominated so I switched over to try and balance the teams out. I noticed these two players were in the spawn using their high-five taunts for as long as I was on red. I asked them both to stop being friendly and reminded them that it was a bannable offence.
I started recording them but cut the demo short because I felt like their chat log supported my claim that they had been friendlying and had no intention of playing the game.

I don't think these guys take the rules very seriously so I'd really appreciate it if a moderator could come on and remind them that friendlying and refusing to help your team advance, especially when your team is getting steamrolled, is a bannable offence.
I don't really care if they get banned or not considering neither of them have any prior offenses and seem like good guys but I definitely think they need to be reminded by someone with some actual power to do something.
