Anyway, here's some good ones that I've watched:

- Angel Beats
- No Game No Life
- Kill la Kill (has fanservice, but not a hentai)


also, what kind of genre are you really looking for? Are you one for harems, tragedies, comedies, shounen, sci-fi, romance, etc.

Honestly if the limits are going to boil down to "no weird shit" then you aren't going to get along with anime.

Start with something easy and not super long, try Full Metal Alchemist. It has a great story and really brings you in and if you like it you can continue with the movies or Brotherhood. Attack On Titan. Sword Art Online and Kill la Kill are good ones too.
If you want to get into more niche stuff try RWBY, Madoka, Toradora!, Elfen Lied.
