Was body shotting me the whole match at redicilous speeds, i thought that it was strange that he was charging so fast, so i spectated him for a while, saw that the second he scoped in he had a full charge, once i started to record my demo he ducked into spawn (me thinking he turned down his hacks) but his charge bar wouldn't move then whenever he scoped in

Another weird thing is, when i looked up his steam profile to get his ID, it said he was offline :/​

It doesn't, I could sworn it does though, we'll still he was one shot body shoting me quicker then the gun charges and the sleeper only kills on one shot when it's fully charged, also I had full health, just throwing that out there

yeah i know it does, but not that fast, literally ducked, half a second later jumped out, fired, killed me, then was just slaying my team just jumping out and firing

I don't think this is sufficient evidence for hacking, a lot of people like to troll with the Sydney Sleeper for fun because a lot of people find it bullshit.

I'm going to mark this need evidence for now unless you can provide more sufficient evidence for your claims.

The offline statement has nothing to do with hacking, I sometimes set myself to offline when I don't want to be bothered.
