Declined Ban Conga taunt

Well, lets be honest here, I don't wanna conga. Its still going on, despite constant claims "It'll die off in a week" or "People will get sick of it".
Well, its still an issue on Skial VSH. Often, one player (usually a scout) will do the conga.
Along with this, isn't it both friendling and griefing? Seeing as they are technically being friendly towards hale, and they are taking up a spot (again, usually scout)?
Seriously, I am sick of "Conga Fortress 2". Something has to be done about it. I don't want to wait another 5 minutes for Hale to finally buck up and kill them.

Whoever's guilty of doing it. Only one report's necessary since an admin will deal with the others if they're asked to come in.

And if a !report doesn't pass, there's always contacting an online admin through steam, or recording a demo and submitting it as evidence along with all the offender's SteamIDs.

Not to mention it has been dying down, I haven't been playing on vsh too much lately though so I dunno about on there.

This has already been denied, if you have problems with specific players abusing the taunt, please make a report for server admins to deal with the issue.
