Was a while ago, tried to join a Skial server and realized I never appealed.

So I rarely appeal because... well... I rarely get banned, so I decided to do a bit of research.

So I'm going to be upfront, I do not 100% remember the exact circumstances, but I am going to list up front facts.

The admin chuck wagon banned me, it appears he remains and admin but he did leave.

Meanwhile, I did some research on "noclip hack". No such thing. I don't use hacks, but I wanted to prove it, and as far as I'm concerned, it's impossible to no clip hack. Noclip is all done as a server setting, and both the client and the server are (I believe) in charge of collision detection and such. Also, I'm pretty sure no-clip would get me auto-banned by source ban if there was such a thing.

Lastly, not only was this ban a while ago, but theres really no demo to prove it, and since I've been banned from skial for a year, it would be nice to get back in the loop again rather than be banned from one of the most popular server forever :/

TL;DR I don't hack, theres no such thing as "no clip hack", we can't ask the admin, theres no demo, it happened quite a while ago (from an admin's point of view that might not matter, but I thought it was something worth mentioning), and all in all... You have to admit this is a pretty solid appeal xD​

1. If it is not a hack then how where you so obviously no-clipping?
2. Why can't you ask the admin? I'm right here.
3. There is a demo. Just because you can't see it doesn't mean other admins can't. It was posted above.
4. It did happen a while ago, if you were innocent why did you wait 9 months to appeal?
5. Pretty solid appeal? Um, no XD

1) Apparently it was the glitch (farther down)
2) Looked at your profile and saw "So my favorite server is ruined :/ Apr 15, 2014" Saw Apr 15, thought that was your last time online. Was pretty convincing considering what it said too xD
3) Didn't know there was a demo, again more below
4) I waited because I didn't realize how important skial was overall to the TF2 community. Is there really something against waiting though? You act as if waiting 9 months means I was trying to make you forget or something... (does it?)
5 & 6) So apparently I was. Quick flashback, I only did that for a tiny bit of time (happened to be with that dude actually, that's why he posted), didn't realize it was Skial since it said "hack". Again, this is when I researched "Noclip hack" and found nothing (actually found posts saying it was "impossible"). Haven't look at the demo yet (I don't know how / TF2 not great on this comp) but I trust your guys word.

So. You guys are probably going to think "this guy is just trying so hard to get out of his noclip hack ban or whatever", but is it possible that I can prove to you otherwise. It's almost been a year now and I kind of want to play on Skial :/

Watch the demo if you need a refresher. I want you to describe what you were doing and how you were no-clipping.

If you can convince me it was just a glitch or a map exploit then I will unban you.

To help refresh your memory, you were playing Huo Long Heater heavy on Dustbowl. The demo I have is of last stage. You were inside of a wall on last point.

Proof:
A) Comment on my profile says it was "patched" (Sept 17)
A1) http://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/September_16,_2013_Patch (first item)
B) Did ^^^^ and got banned Sept 8th
C) I've searched up "noclip hack" and as far as I can tell it's impossible. Biggie was only able to find the glitch himself.
 
A) No clipping, don't think I had any plan here, just wanted to experiment (as you can see I had no Idea what I was doing)
B) Using the coaching exploit. Got to see the demo and you can see a little *COACH* next to my name even though I'm on blu
C) Partner drags me because a coach must be within x unit from their coachee. Since I'm on a team, I just get dragged if they get too far away
D) You can also see this because there are moments where I can't move. From knowing what happened, it's obvious I have no control over the clipping :P

Thanks for explaining.I usually err on the side of hacking, unless I know for sure that something is an glitch or exploit.

I changed the permanent ban to a 3 day ban for exploiting. Obviously it is expired, but I wanted the 3 day to still show up because you also have a silence. The lengths of our bans and silences add up, so that your next one would be for 1 week. Hopefully you have learned to do your goofing-off on Valve servers because we want people on Skial to follow the rules, so you won't have any more bans or silences.
