Could be the Terrorblade arcana funky set, with a hud if you buy it? Looks kind of like the reskinned ultimate icon of his, perhaps.
 
I do not follow DotA items and had literally no place hypothesizing in the first place. :c
 
Am i the only one baffled as to how jugg beat invoker in the arcana showdown? the hero has 3 fucking skills while invoker has 12

No you're not. I was wondering the same thing. Although invoker only has 10, then quas, wex, exort, and invoke.

Essentially, Invoker players voted for PA in order to win the Arcana vote, Mirana players voted for Juggernaut so that Invoker would be less of a competition and then PA, and Jugg players voted for them.
