Here's the thing that annoys people. Your name was timberwolf. You came out as a furry, and then proceeded to change your name, avatar, and decided to make a SFW furry thread outside of unmod, featuring, in the OP, some fucking deviant art shit. Furrys aren't exactly represented in this community. Why? Because this is a TF2 forum dude. Nobody gives a shit about your fetish. It's the internet, your persona could be anything. A favorite TV show character, book character, actor, but you choose your fetish to represent you. Just as bad as people who shove being a vegan/*RELIGION HERE* in peoples faces. Shit likes this annoys me, yes, but it doesn't change how I think of people who identify as furries.

I got bored shit happens when I get bored.Plus I changed my name because it was very hard to find me on steam so tried for a less popular name and something unique so i picked fang gray wolf and i decided to match my name in skial as fang also why are bringing this up now its in the past stop clinging to the past.

A long time ago I used to keep it on the down low. Every now and then someone would figure out and I'd get shit over it. At the time it really bothered me, but after awhile I learned to stop caring and started using a [furry] tag as a testament to the lack of fucks I have to give about getting crap over it

Since then its stuck ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Of course I can't speak for other furries, only for myself
 
It's unnatural to get sexual pleasure from a cartoon cat, but if you just like the art, just like it - no need to bellow it from the treetops like Tarzan on heat. And at the end of the day, parading the fact you are into anything is mostly a way to identify with others who have the same likes.

Some people will just feel like something is being shoved into their face when really it's just there passively.

It's not just the username, it's when they start posting furry porn every where, make threads in general about sofcore furry porn you join a game and they are talking about furies it's a little to much they are worse than the bronys

You sound like people are furry or non-furry; there's a wide range of ideas about furries, and no set definition for a furry. Are you basing yours on "all furries can only speak about furries at all times," or are you basing it on anyone who has any interest in furries? Two completely different sets of people, but both can be considered furries if you want/don't want to.

Not trying to sound antagonistic, but this sounded like "Us vs. Them" which isn't fair at all, considering that once you mentally place someone with "Them" you can't really change that first impression.

Yes, I was only talking about the username, dumbass. All those things you mention are not about just the username.
 
My opinion: I shouldn't know your sexuality/fetish before I know your name.
Also, the tag hardly affects my opinion of Meowcenary. I only mentioned it up because the topic was brought it up.

I just thought it was weird to rate my message "dumb" when I was clearly only talking about usernames, and then go on as if I had mentioned anything about porn sprays. 3:

But sure, porn sprays are not necessary. But that is in general and not only limited to furry porn sprays. I don't understand why its wrong to spray a picture of furry porn, and alright to spray a picture of boobs etc.

It's all about what's seen as 'normal' the further you deviate from what is categorized as the norm, the more critical and objectionable people become.
