What is your biggest 'pet peeve'?

One of my biggest pet peeve in Team Fortress 2 is about Engineers on cp_dustbowl, third stage. They tend to build a Sentry like, at the end of the tunnel that leads from spawn to first control point, but also the Dispenser. I know it is really affective to have a Sentry there, but it is so annoying for me they don't build a dispenser below on the ground so the entire team can heal up and get ammo. So. Frustrating. Sigh. 3:

People who delay the game. (Such as hiding and not willing to die from hale)
Hales that rage every two seconds. (I dont mind rage but sometimes it gets crazy)
Hales that ignore players and go for one person
Scouts on hale
Rocket jumping people on hale (Only when its 1 V 1 on and the guy is not even attacking hale at this point.)
Spys on Arena that use Cloak and Dagger (on first round of Hale)
MvM teams that have not even played Tf2 before.
Lowballer traders
Highballer traders
People who don't fucking update their Tf2 outpost trades.
