I've always considered a lack of support to be the same as resistance
If they didn't post, I take it meaning that they don't want me to be admin; no reason to say -1

That's EXACTLY the reason to put -1. A non-post would be closer to indifference.

You really don't get it.

If you feel someone isn't fit to be an admin, not saying so in the form of a -1 is a problem.
 
You don't have to give a reason for -1 same as you don't for +1

If you want to know why I did. It's because you are too immature to be an admin.
 
Giving a reason for a -1 is something I do, so I can be constructive. It serves a purpose in that it:
  • Gives them something to work on improving, if they wish to.
  • Points out an issue that they may not be aware of.
While it's not required, I find it to be helpful for the applicant and others that may want to apply in the future.

+1 super rad dude who's always fun to play with. From what I've seen he's been a pretty good mod so far on jailbreak.

Edit: Shit, after getting to know avenger more he's great. Keeps his cool most of the time (despite some suggestive things in past chat logs) and is a pretty cool guy.

Exactly. This happens a lot, especially with my Steam friends. We just mess with each other all the time we play together.

It was some little kid who was endlessly freekilling and spamming some shit about me. Although I could've sworn I only wrote two of those lines. Meh, it was immature, but the kid deserved it at that point.

Edit: I'm not begging for forgiveness. What's done is done, and I regret it a little bit, but it's already done
