Detailed Explanation / Screenshots / Demos:
He was spamming on the mic and talking over everyone, constantly saying "use unbindall to get a gold gibus" and I kept telling him to stop. Then, he started a vote for racism and unfortunately, it passed.

Would really like to get unmuted because I was in the middle of trading when he started that vote.
 
Hello, trying to refrain from strong language in my post here... Why would you vote me for mic spamming when your running your mouth talking %#$# the whole time. This person gave no time for traders to speak he was too busy screaming "HACKER" "AIMBOT" "LOOK AT THOSE HACKS".

Look at the time stamps and the attached info on this..

The Renegade didn't say this until after his mute was up and admitted it was a copy/paste accident.

I did votemute him and it passed just to clear things up (No point in lying here). Voting him for rasicsm was a mistake. It was funny at the moment because no one thought he would be votemuted. I'm sure he will be getting a special treatment here because he is active on your forums. Please check his logs and you will realize he started this by votemuting me for being a spammer (which I wasn't, I was trolling). It seemed nobody listened anyway because somebody with common sense would know I was being one (a troll). As I quote my previous post "Why would you vote me for mic spamming when your running your mouth talking %#$# the whole time. Please explain how votemuting me for SPAMMING was justified.

I am a regular on the server in which the Renegade was vote muted on. The user "ByteShark" constantly spams the mic, saying things to either confuse the less knowledgeable members or to annoy everyone by making noises on the mic until he gets vote muted. Shiny Charizard was sticking up for ByteShark the whole time, and has even lied in this thread stating Renegade was votemuted for a valid reason. The renegade was simply writing a racist comment that another member said to report him. He was not saying "Niggaaas be Black" to be racist. The Renegade is the polar opposite of racist, reporting anyone who says racist things.

It saddens me to see the Renegade muted for simply explaining to ByteShark that spamming is against the rules. In this case, I think ByteShark should be permanently muted for abusing the votemute system and the Renegade be unmuted.

It saddens me that you are obviously Renegades friend and are biased. I would like to see evidence you were in the server and proof you are not his friend. Seems to me you just made an account to support your bff.

Let me get this straight.... You just admitted to abusing the votemenu in the report thread against you and then questioned the validity of a vote mute called on you?

First of all, I never silenced you (although I should right now for you admitting to abusing). I marked the report against you as Needs Evidence due the the fact I didn't have enough proof at the time. We can't control vote mutes in the servers unless we are there to witness it. We look at reports to see if we can find proof whether they were valid or not and take action with appropriate evidence. Spam happens over the mic or in chat. I have no proof you weren't mic spamming, so how can I justify issuing a comms block on Renegade for vote abuse?

I suggest that you move on from this thread and realize that I just cut you a break. If you see anyone breaking rules in the future, then file a report or add an admin on Steam and submit evidence. Have a good day.
