Does anyone get higher ping at Skial LA servers?

My ping just shoots up during afternoons, but in the morning its fine...

Yeah my ping is 30 on LA servers from 2 AM to 6 PM. But after that tune it skyrockets to 200.

high traffic of what? My network? Skial servers?

It is kinda just happening lately with me. I am in Az and the ping was great... then all of a sudden the ping just goes up to 200-300.

Try running WinMTR. Once when pings are normal, and once again when the pings are high.

The server for skial Payload LA is 66.150.188.54:2005 do i just put that?

Don't include the servers port. Just use the IP address.

ie. 66.150.188.54

Run it for 10m or so when pings are normal, then when you're lagging, run it again. Each time export it to a text file.

Its weird because I have get great ping 20-30. Then It shoots up to 150-300 and stays there.

Not LA, but Dustbowl Tx has been having this issue everyone's ping shoots up around 200-500 ping.

I noticed higher ping on Valve Maps LA earlier (~100) rather than the expected 30 to 40.

Wow! I really thought it was me, or my ISP getting cheap and adding up more and more users on the same switch. My problems we're really crippling at start, but it only affected early evenings and peak EU concurrency times (CET timezone), so I could play like normal later in the evenings.

So glad that this was not just me then. And btw, it is not Skial's servers only as it affected all TF2 servers on my list.
