Where do I go to make a legitimate complaint against an admin? (dustbowl server)

I didn't make this thread to bitch about my ban.

I just read the whole thread about Direwulf's apology. It seems I'm not the only one who's had an issue with Cinic. But ya, there's clearly alot of e-drama and some rl drama going on within the skial community. I just hope that the drama stays off the servers while we are playing. It kills the fun completely when in-game.

Also, I didn't make this thread to personally bash Cinic. I'm simply reporting a complaint on behalf of myself and many players on the server.

Anyways i've said my piece, if anyone wants more info just add me on steam (Turovik) or pm me on here.

People talking about me publicly and maliciously when I'm not even there shocks me at a large part of this community's lack of decency or respect for regular people joining the server.

Again, my apologies for the mismarking of your ban; try to keep your spray from offending people, though, please.

^^ my spray is now the dick/balls with sunglasses. It usually gets a good laugh from people. If it's not permitted let me know...Can I post it here to see if it's alright? (wouldn't right now since I'm at work but yea). If you're familiar with the "deal with it" meme it's a play on that...except with dick and balls lol

If it's not may I suggest changing the server rules to reflect that nudity isn't allowed on sprays? Like I had mentioned earlier I specifically checked the server rules before I even started playing on the Skial servers to see if ti was permitted and it was.

Nudity is a weird one here. We've had admins with tit sprays in the past - myself included. It's kind of a double standard, since when someone posts some gay porn, it actually makes some people angry and disrupts the server. Naked girls seems to not instigate that reaction, though, so we don't do anything about it.

If there are a bunch of people on the server who are saying, "EW, BEWBS," then yeah, I'll ask the dude to not spray it. In general, that reaction appears significantly less than when it's a homosexual spray. If it did arise, I'd act the same, though.

Yes, there are some people who do have legitimate issues with CiNiC, but the vast majority of CiNiC's detractors are actually trolls.

I mean... I've got a few notches on my belt as far as bans, yet I can't recall one complaint that I've had. For the most part, CiNiC bans for the same reasons with the same proof and sometimes even the same offenders, yet he gets tons of "OMG!!! BAWWWWWW!!! BADMIN!!!"

Yeah, he's fucked up a few times, and he's said some fucked up things to people that he really shouldn't have said, but most of the Badmin reputation is a myth and I haven't seen a complaint about a ban that wasn't trolling (except for a select small percentage that were honest mistakes and he apologized).

As far as sprays, I tend to leave it up to general consensus of the server's players. That's why I didn't remove your dickglasses spray the other night, since everybody was like "Eh... but whatever." There's a particular spray of a bunch of really nasty, beaten-looking vaginas that I tend to remove (can't remember the player's name) cuz it's really just nasty. Nudity isn't forbidden as long as it's not graphically pornographic or just disgusting (like, apparently, your old goatse spray). Boobs, however, are considered good luck.

I'm personally not up for going on another crusade, and especially against what porn's allowed on-server and what isn't.
 
Never had the actual goatse as a spray, but I've had worse so I understand what you're saying lol

I've always simply figured if it's gross (like blue waffle or a gallon jug of wine shoved in a girl's vag) or the actual act (like Colton's pic of three dude's fucking each other, or even hetero sex), it's against the rules. If it can be considered vaguely artsy (like a girl naked on a large rock at the beach) or simply funny (like the dickglasses picture), OK.

I think in-server consensus is a good way to do it unless it's just....really disgusting. Or ponies.
