hey so i was wonding if yeah has ever been to surf if yeah been there or not been there here a video
so if agrees with me .tell Bottiger about it and ill prove ill download many surf maps if i could so soon ill show yeah how to surf!! :)

I actually like surf, but I didn't make a surf server because there might not be enough people that would actually play on it.
 
I've never played it, but based on what everyone is saying, it might end up like the Fortwars server, or even the US29 server.
People will join in occasionally if there are enough players.
 
So, it's either dicking around, or a TDM in the arena?

Pretty much both. The first time I have been to a surfing server. I didn't understand what the fuck to do. So fuck it. I left the server... and that's how it ended
 
I never understood how to actually surf on surf maps.
And all the other players were douches who would just shoot me and not tell me how to surf :(

I'm pretty good at surf. I've beaten a couple maps and shtuff, but most surfers just lurk around the intox. servers. That's where I go if I wanna surf.

It's mostly just a social thing. People micspam with HLDJ, camp the arena spawns, try to beat the map, etc.
