I prefer optic mice. I've had logitech g400s, steelseries sensei and the deathadder and they are all great.
I would personally choose the Deathadder from these 3.
Check this article. I agree with this guy. However I haven't tried Ouroboros.
 
i've got a logitech G9X after years of using the MX518, it's pretty good; comes with two different grips you can use depending whether you are a claw or palm-grip player.
 
anyone know any wireless gaming mice that are good? My friend was wondering and skial is the best place to come for suggestions such as this.

You will probably spend a few days tweaking sens, accel; etc. until you settle with it, and a few days until your muscle memory beds in.
