Monday's through Fridays I am preoccupied with school, but I shall usually be home and on at around 3:45 and staying on until 6:30 in the evenings. On weekends and any other day off I am on practically all day, if I'm not then there will more than usually be a valid reason as to my absence, such as personal or family related problems. My time zone is Pacific Standard Time (PST) on the west coast near Los Angeles in Califronia.​

Will you get mad if you lose admin?:
Well of course I would be mad, who wouldn't be? Loss of such a rank would be quite devastating to anyone who's tried to work for it. But losing it 'For no reason' hardly counts as a viable excuse as there must've been /some/ reason for anything pertaining to my removal of admin. But just because I'd be a bit mad dosn't mean I'd flip out and start crying a river. I'd at the most be highly dissapointed and sad :c​

I wish to become an admin on this particular server as I find I would be quite helpful to the community as a whole. I am generally liked by most of the players I interact with and can hold my own in times of stress or otherwise troublesome situations. I have frequently tried to help others with whatever they ask, be it a simple question about the game or helping to determine a possible 'Scam Trade' if somebody else already hasn't. I have some generally good self imposed morals upon my own life and try to extend them through what I do, and I find being an Admin seems a viable area to do so. This also happens to be my first time applying for an Admin position, so I'm taking this very seriously (Well, as serious as TF2 gamers can get I would assume XD) and because of this, if I am considered, I would find it immensely helpful for someone to give me a small overview of how a Skial admin would operate. I have read up already on what to do, I just feel a small step in the right direction from another person would really seal the deal :3

Another reason as to why I am applying for this is that I find so many unruly people who harass and give everybody a bad day on the server frequently and little to nothing is done to them, other than the rages they get from other players. The current vote system implemented on the server is unreliable as per how the punishments are dished out, as more than usual it requires the almost entirety of the server occupants to vote on a punishment being dished out to whoever it is that is at fault, so not everybody will vote and will land in a stalemate where nothing is done. It is also abused by those very same troublesome players so they can prolong the time needed to wait between each vote, i.e by trying to ban another player falsely for something they had not done. I wish to be able to help circumvent this as I am usually present on the server for long periods of time a day when I am able.

But I digress, I am not here to ramble over the Server vote system, back to the application. If I am an Admin, I have no desires to 'flaunt my rank' or anything of that particular kind, as it seems pointless to do so. I would rather happily help other people with their problems on the servers and if need be respond to other requests from other Admins/Staff Members of Skial. It would be quite an honor to me if I am able to achieve this, and I would uphold it with the utmost sincerity and loyalty.

So with that, I hope I have filled out the application questions above correctly, but if I haven't then I shall remedy them post-hast.

You have good connection time. (I only checked TF2 custom) Your chat log seems fine. Double check the ban command though.

Keep in mind that Skial admins watch over all of the Skial servers. As an admin you would be able to continue playing on Orange, but you would need to handle reports and problems on other servers as well.

Well, to be admin you moderate all Skial servers, so you would moderate more than Orange. Also, if the vote system doesn't work, there is an implemented report system and/or you could come on the forums to make the report.

Speaking of the forums, you are new and none of the regs have seen you around. It could help to get active on here.

Would like to see some serious support before I +1. Also I'd like to get to know you and see you get active on the forums. +/-0 for now, but good luck

As per the Forum activity, yes I have quite recently made this account, but I've prowled through quite a bit of the forums before hand. I always intended to make an account but I never got around to it. So as to that I shall work to become more active on this forum from now on.

I shall Edit the Ban Question, I do seem to have forgotten something o3o

And for the moderating of other Servers I shall be more than happy to to do so if I am required. I shall try to familiarize myself with the many others, and regularly join them as well as Orange.

I have not seen you so I can't say much. The app info is a wall of text to me really, (Makes my eyes sad.)

I've played with Aaron practically since i started to play on skial's servers, specifically on Orange US. When I met him, he was very friendly and nice to me, helped me making some friends and also improving my skills, which weren't the best, at all. Whenever someone has a question about anything on TF2 he tries to give his best advice/opinion about it, and he's always very comprehensive and patient, no matter the subject or the player in question. He also always helps players who are clearly being harrassed or disturbed by troublemakers, and when it comes to mute or ban a player, he tries to be as fair as possible about the motives and I've never seen him muting or banning someone for no apparent reason. He's a very reliable player and having him as an admin or moderator would be really great.
 
I've played with Aaron since i started to play the skial's servers. He's really friendly and nice, always plays little games within the game itself. Real fun guy to be around. He's very helpful and always tries to keep things calm if it gets out of hand. I remember, there was a very toxic player once... We all including Aaron tried to stop him, but sadly, we couldn't.
 
You took the effort to make a long app but I think the Ban question just needs a bit of a edit, you sound friendly so +/-0 atm but once you get the ban question a tweak it will be a +1 but you took time to make this application :)
