Our school system banned dodgeball when I was in elementary school, the balls were rubber coated foam and so soft you could barely throw them.

I'm just going to assume there are no real existing laws to deal with this sort of thing but let's look at it this way.

What can he not do?
  • Apply for credit
  • Get a legit job
  • Drive
  • Vote
  • Open a bank account
  • Join the military
  • Legally own firearms
  • Be a US citizen
  • Get a Passport
  • Anything else that deals with a legal name or SSN
What are the benefits?
  • Not subject to any tax besides sales taxes
  • Cannot be drafted (regardless of age and fitness)
  • Any debts are now not your responsibility
  • No child support
  • No alimony
  • Other unmentioned benefits I can't think of.
So, after all that do you think it's still a blessing? He's also subject to any laws he breaks and can just be tried under a John Doe name.

Both sides are stupid and bought out. No point in replacing only half, if you're going to do that then you might as well replace everyone.
 
I look at it this way:

Let's say you have a shit sandwich. Like, the shit is really smooshed in there good. So you're like, damn, I don't want a shit sandwich. I want a regular sandwich. With peanut butter. And grape jelly. :(

If you only take away one slice of bread from your shit sandwich, there's still shit in your sandwich. Gotta throw the whole thing away and get you dat PBJ brah.
