Reban the Baby Face's Blaster in VSH

Why was it even unblocked in the first place? It allows scouts to easily outrun hale, and generally just wastes time during games.

Anyway, +1, vshale is supposed to give the red team a strong chance, but this weapon is just too good.

Not sure why it was unbanned? And why did the other tread get declined without explenation?
+1 Vsh should be configured in such way, hale can win without raging.
