Well everyone knows that comp spies usually die after a pick. I usually like each clip to come to some sort of stopping point before cutting away. Most of the time its a death. Even if I did cut out the deaths, it would be pretty obvious I was going to die and I don't want to make it look like I am trying to hide it, trying to make myself look better than I am.
