You know what? I may get a timeout for what I'm gonna say, but one of my colleagues (respectable afro-american who is a fucking DBA ninja) told me one day when he learnt I'm Russian: "You know dude, in this country there are two types of black people: "afro-americans and niggers".
These two who have beaten up 88-year-old veteran who served this country are fucking niggers. Both should be sentenced to electric chair. No questions asked, no answers given.

You can't say that, that's racist. :D
I've felt the same way as well, two totally different groups of people.

I know it's racist. I'm usually extremely tolerant towards nations and races, but my both grandpas (may they rest in peace) fought in WWII and every matter related to WWII veterans makes me super sensitive.

It was sarcasm, I don't believe that's racist. It's a factual observation, imo.

An internal document issued by IT experts working for the German federal government warned national agencies and companies not to use Windows 8. The reason? An alleged backdoor exploit has been discovered, and the details were obtained and published by German site Zeit Online. The leaked message suggests that the NSA likely has access to a hidden feature which apparently can’t be shut off and allows Microsoft to remotely control any computer running the software.

When I first saw the headline, I thought "Oh man, this has GOT TO BE a joke."
Then I read the actual article. Fucking horrible, this is. Hell, if I had ever been so unlucky as to have been enrolled in one of these schools, what with the couple of punch ups I've been in and the thousands of bits of homework I never bothered submitting in my school life, I would have already been a convicted felon and a juvenile delinquent, instead of having gotten 96.1% and 95.2% overall last two years respectively at school.
Seriously, a Class 3 Misdemeanor for throwing a fucking PAPER PLANE? I made hundreds of them when I was 10!

"Children have been arrested for possessing cigarettes, wearing "inappropriate" clothes and being late for school. In 2010, the police gave close to 300,000 "Class C misdemeanour" tickets to children as young as six in Texas for offences in and out of school, which result in fines, community service and even prison time."

Can a six year old even go to jail?

Sometimes that escalation involves force. "We had one young man with an IQ well below 70 who was pepper-sprayed in the hallway because he didn't understand what the police were saying," said Simpkins. "After they pepper-sprayed him he started swinging his arms around in pain and he hit one of the police officers – it's on video, his eyes were shut – and they charged him with assault of a public servant. He was 16. He was charged with two counts of assault of a public servant and he is still awaiting trial. He could end up in prison."

According to the department's records, officers used force in schools more than 400 times in the five years to 2008, including incidents in which pepper spray was fired to break up a food fight in a canteen and guns were drawn on lippy students.

Because middle schoolers are dangerous enough to use pepper spray and draw guns on them.

We don't need cops focusing on actual issues, we need swat teams for marijuana and pepper spray for middle schoolers.

Agreed. Why not just enroll robots instead of children in schools? Fascism is here, ladies and gentlemen.
