Rage-Inducing Forum Troll
chuck muted me for 3 days for "votemenu abuse", i'll take a wild guess it's because Albert said he had an admin friend who would "ban me for life" because i votemuted him because he hogs the microphone 24/7 and probably doesn't know what "push to talk" means. so i got sick (and not just me) of him repeatedly saying "muh-dick" and "shake that ass with me" for the past 3 maps like that shit NEVER gets old in the least.

also doesn't help that the same shit wad muted me for "racism" because i called him fat albert and asked him to say "hey hey hey". (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=157447785)

i know it's said admin friend of him because there's no legit report made on the forums, so you know the verdict is biased as fuck and total bullshit.

You tried to vote mute player that had vote muted you before as an act of revenge. It's considered to be vote menu abuse since there was no legitimate reason for you to vote mute this player:

Albert called me into the server. I asked people in the server if Albert deserved the vote that you started. The people that answered me said "No." I silenced you for vote abuse.

revenge? he votemuted me for zero reason first, if i wanted revenge i could.. you know, post it on the forums? like i have done so probably a dozen times by now as you could see by all my posts in the report section of the forums? i screenshotted that vote he made in case he made any future ones so i have more evidence. then like maybe 3 maps AFTER that vote he made was called, i votemuted him after hearing him say "meh-dick" and "shake that ass with me" for the entirety of those 3 maps, that's spamming. don't put words in my mouth by saying i did it out of revenge, because of the all the times i've been unfairly votemuted, i never votemuted some kid back for the heck of it, as you can see by my history of reports i've made which nearly ONLY revolve around voteabusing. so your stance on me voteabusing that guy out of impulse and spite contradicts with me.

the thing is, my votemute had a legitimate reason behind it. the fact that Albert just asked Chuck to comm-block me without providing ZERO evidence kinda already stands testament that my comm-block is bullshit. if Albert provided an actual report (like i have painstakingly have done for the past year now) with his "evidence", it wouldn't be approved, because he was spamming, hence the votemute.

You could just client mute him rather then drag up the votemenu if he annoys you. Personally I find it easier and it causes less drama.

Just checking: If I client mute someone, is that a permanent mute until I remove it or does it disappear after a restart?
clientmutes lasts until either you or the one muted on your end leaves the server. I'm not sure if it sticks through a map change however

Then you should've reported him instead of vote muting him in response. As Chuck mentioned, he had asked players on the server if there was a reason for you to call vote on Albert and players replied that there was none. Hence your ban looks like revenge with no legitimate reason, hence you are comm-banned for vote menu abuse.

this is why i leave a server if someone starts being annoying to avoid problems and let someone else take care of it

i didn't votemute him in response, i votemuted him cause he was micspamming. a few days ago some kid called Black Jesus also votemuted me, a day later i votemuted him because he was yelling in the mic (i had a demo of that in a thread i made, he got comm-blocked as well), by YOUR logic i must've votemuted him because he votemuted me, right? NOT because he was fucking yelling in the mic.

if those same people said no, then why did they vote yes on the vote? it passed with 91%, you can't make that shit up.

don't need to. you already put them there
i was pointing out he was being hypocritical, he said on the mic that he [sic] "had a friend whose an admin, you voteabuse me and you'll get banned for life, bye bye", so i pointed out in response he was being hypocritical with the fact he blatantly voteabused me earlier, where as i had a legitimate stance on the votemute i started.

Sometimes people just throw a random vote so they can switch weapons again. I do and I'm probably not the only one who has done this.

Not necessarily. You might've gotten explicitly butthurt by Albert's voteban for whatever reason while not taking votemute from Black Jesus seriously... But again, there is no logic involved - just how it looks like from your log and from feedback that was provided to Chuck by the players that were present on the server.
Another possibility is that you pissed everyone off so bad (and the amount of your 30 mins vote-bans speaks on this behalf) on the server that players decided to give you hard time and screw you up. Considering the fact that you can be a pretty serious asshole sometimes, I would not be surprised if this is the case.

Pretty often people hit the first button to get rid of voting menu since it prevents them from switching the weapon. The closest button is "4", which is "YES". As a result, in most cases even uncalled votes pass easily. (EDIT: Ninja'd by Kylezaking)

out of all the times i get randomly votemuted by some random kid, why would i get "explicitly butthurt" over this case? if you are going to apply logic to this case you might as well start with the countless fallacies and contradictions you are throwing in my face before passing my votemute off as the result of me getting "butthurt and wanting revenge".

i know people usually press 4 on votes, heck i made threads that pertained to the issue of the votemenu not being optimal enough, and whilst were on the matter of logic, you can't say all my passed votemutes are a direct result of my being a dick (which isn't against the rules, but whatever) whilst albert's 91% is a result of people just trying to switch their weapons. he was micspamming, if Albert had made a thread we could look at the evidence to how and why my vote was uncalled for, but there's no zero evidence on his part, so there's that, except the fact that Chuck came into the server (which must've been after i left the server, and when Albert got muted i remained on the server for at least another 20 minutes so he might've been asking an entirely different set of people whether his mute was justified or not) and asked people if they indeed votes Yes on the mute, but actually meant No.
