High ping with Skial servers

My ping with skial servers is generally between 25 and 50. However recently it has consistently been 80-150. I have no other programs using the internet. Does anyone have any ideas as to what may cause this? It is consistent with every server.

Any other user on your network, and how secure are your network (if you're using WEP, change)?

i've had this with the texas server but it's probably just bad routing

It's just me on my network and as far as WEP, i have no idea what that is.

Try changing your wifi pass, maybe someone else is hogging your wifi.

WEP is a security for wifi, it is the least secure of them all (not counting unprotected) and certain programs can find wep passwords easily.

To find out what yours is, check the bottom of your modem.

I have an AT&T modem. The only writing on it aside from a logo is the SSID and the password

Yeah I know bud. I've had other issues with them aside from this sudden high ping on tf2. The modem randomly loses a connection. Sometimes I have to hard reset it. I've told them to send me a new one or I'm switching, guess we will see how that works out.

Just switch. AT&T is shit and overpriced.
