Approved remove loose cannon from bots

If you don't know what it does to bots, basically when they shoot the loose cannon they hurt themselves and just end up dieing before they can do any damage to you or before you can kill them

Admins: Maybe you should take a look at this plugin: [TF2Items] Bot Weapon Randomizer v2.2.12 (14 Jun 2013)

I haven't tested it, but looking at the configs, it looks like you can control what weapons the bots are allowed to use. Or, if possible, setup tf2items to modify the way the loose cannon works but only for bots.
