F2p or not STOP STACKING SNIPER AND SPY FOR 8 MINUTES AND WHEN THERE NO TIME LEFT SWITCH TO SOME OTHER CLASS AND LOSE

I was F2P for 2 months.
I hold no grudges against a F2P unless they are extremely bad at the game. In fact, I prefer it when our medic is F2P, as I usually play Heavy and the Medic mostly heals me. They heal other people too, but if everyone has full health that medic is following me.

I use to be F2P, bah, i was ok... i usually medic or scout, when i first started tf2, because i liked winning, and i played dustbowl, forever and ever

I am fine with F2Ps so long as they don't badger me about a goddamn hat.
That, and they better not be screaming kids. The sad part is that most F2Ps I meet are screaming kids.

I see no problem with F2Ps. Everyone started at some point, and when we started we weren't any good. Do the people who hate on F2Ps grimace at the thought of thinking about their in-game pasts?

As for the Salvageds, they can't trade or anything anyway so why bother having it? They also don't have keys or anything so there's no uncrating it or anything.

I'm f2p. Don't see why there is so much hate towards f2ps. Most of us have bought things from the community market or the mann co store and some of us are pretty good. Just today some guy on Doomsday Eu kept complaining that his team sucked and that we were all "f2p" even though he was propping up the leaderboard.

I think he means he's premium but came in after the Über Update
Yes exactly. I must admit I'm not the best at the game but I do extinguish team mates and I try not to wm1 as pyro. Those that take the time to find out if another is f2p while in the middle of a game are pathetic.

The only annoying points about F2P that I've seen:
- Kill people when people are messing around
- In death runs they don't sacrifice, but end up dying on easy traps
- On idling servers they kill everyone with their non-strange weps
Good points about F2P:
- Easy to kill
- They can sell you stuff for much cheaper than they're worth

Also it pisses off when they find good stuff like hats

1. I do that, because I'd rather just kill and progress the game.
2. I'm a complete scrub at death run, as I've never played it... Does that make me f2p?
3. I just kill people for the point of killing people... Which is kind of the point of the game!
4. I'd say I'm pretty easy to kill, since I make a lot of dumb plays.
5. I sold my unusual that at the time was worth between 13-14 buds, for 9... Thats pretty cheap.

Does that make me an f2p? Not really... Its the players behind the screens, that define who you are... Not the tag you walk around with. F2P/Premium, we're still all just people who want to play the game...

I have nothing against the F2P's, but I am one myself. I hate the people who's mindset is: ERMAHGERD YOU DON'T HAVE A HAT SO YOU SUCK EVERYONE ON THIS SERVER MAKE FUN OF HIM SO YOU NEVER PLAY THIS GAME AGAIN. LORD KNOWS WE DON'T WANT NEW PLAYERS ON THIS GAME!!!
People like that kill the game for me.

As long as it is good, have REGULAR updates and the developers spend a lot of time on the game and it's one of their MAIN FOCUSES that it's a good game, like Team Fortress 2.

I am tolerant to F2P's to some extent and sometimes I try to be helpful, like "You can't use the Rocket Jumper to inflict damage." (But really on the inside I'm crying.)

Too me, F2P's are a lot like Russians in Dota. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, I really do. But there have just been so many times where they have ended up... disappointing me, and I can't help but feel a little bit worried every time I see a Gibus.

As a newbie how does one know if they are F2P....Am I F2P? I guess I didnt know there were different account types. Guess it explains why people hate on me all the time.
