Couple server issues after update

We are seeing some odd issues on the vanilla server after the update tonight.

I lost all the items I had in my inventory, and my iron armor was turned to chain armor. This isn't too big of a deal for me, I can mine everything back and I seem to be the only one this has happened to, but if there's any possible way to get my stuff back that would be fantastic. If not, no big deal.

Major issue right now is that it looks like no one has permissions to the Nether? We are unable to use tools, portals, or any commands to teleport away from the Nether. I tried logging off and on again, and when I logged in it said "Sorry! You can't be in this world anymore!"
 
Nether permissions should be fixed.

Also, you losing your inventory was prolly just a result of the update. The save file generated for inventories when you enter a creative region was just slightly older then what was in the 1.4 instance.

OleGreg told me that it's an issue with teleporting to someone that is in a creative-mode area. I didn't realize that at the time but me losing my items appears to be my own fault, should have stored my stuff before popping over. :) No big deal, it was mostly just building materials.
 
I've been noticing that the server periodically back's its-self up, now that its been updated. But it didnt before update....is that normal?
