There's actually no particular reason to use the Jag because the building speed increase is so minimal that it doesn't make a huge difference.

Quite frankly, stock wrench or southern hospitality are better bets, at least in my opinion.

But this topic is not for that.

Well the stock has no upsides to it at all, almost everybody prefers the SH on the rare occasions you want to build a lvl 3.
