nowadays)

Time Zone: Dat Pacific Standard Time, Oregon.

Support: We'll see who supports me below, I'd rather not put

words in other's mouths.

Will you get mad if you lose admin: Not at all, I know the

community and the administration is fair and good, so losing

admin privilages would be on me, not on anyone else.

What do you type to ban your own SteamID for 30 minutes for the

reason obvious aimbot?:
(Console) sm_ban "#STEAM_0:1:19369221" 30 "Obvious Aimbot"
(Chat) /ban "#STEAM_0:1:19369221" 30 "Obvious Aimbot"

Admin Experience: No major admin experience, I was an officer in

a raiding guild in Everquest 2, and helped lead the team MMS in

UGC HL Steel Blue last season. (I figure leadership experience

helps control tempers, as well as understanding fair judgements

of people)

Additional Information: I'm currently 20 (Birthday was on

friday!), I live on my own in a small house in Oregon, I work a

fairly basic assistants job at an Accountant. I'm currently the

starting medic for the team Agua Ruim (5-1! Hopefully 6-1 on

monday!) I realize I only have about 6 days of time on the skial

servers in general, but I feel like helping to moderate some of

the community gives me more of a reason to pub, I have a lot of

issues playing pubs currently, because as a medic main, playing a

class with DM and having no skill whatsoever at said DM makes

them unenjoyable. I feel like I would be a good choice, in that

I'm likeable, fairly calm when it comes to things like this, and

in general dedicated to anything that I do.

Edit: ahahahahaha wrong section clicked on custom not THE ONE I INTENDED TO CLICK ON

I thought this was our other Sarcastic's admin application, lol.

But I think you'd be a cool addition to the admin team. +juan for you.

-rep, slow trader and wouldn't respond.

Wait, wrong thread.

Good guy, level head on him. Would sex up hard.

Everything in your app looks fine, until I get to this...

I don't understand what your point is, are you saying you do not like playing on public servers? has playing comp made you see pubs in a different light?

Skill don't matter diddlysquit.. but how can you not have fun.. :O
Btw, i main medic, and I suck at all other classes apart from heavy. dont matter man.. if you suck, each kill feels so much better.

I'm a lot like some of the friends that I play with, I take the game very seriously, and I'm very critical about myself. Its an interesting issue that I have with myself. If someone in competitive or elsewhere makes a mistake, its just a mistake. But if I make a mistake, I get very very hard on myself. I mean this in a game sense, not in making a mistake on a test, or otherwise.
Don't get me wrong, I still play on pub servers a lot, but if I start getting destroyed, if the team starts getting rolled, I find less and less fun in the game. I remember a couple years ago, I was frequenting a badwater server, and it was really really enjoyable. The regulars and myself also managed to group together and form a competitive team... From there, the pub started to look a heck of a lot less fun. There isn't any form of control in it, because there are too many variables...

I can see where getting frustrated at a pub would not be helpful, and might lead to wanting to ban someone for dominating/etc. But I can assure you the only person I get angry at is myself, I dislike putting blame on people who don't deserve it, and I would rather take the blame in a game sense than blame someone else for my mistake... I spent too much of my early gaming days doing that, and I feel bad for the people I've unjustifiably (If thats even a word) blamed.

Does that make sense?

Yeah, I realize I probably ought to do that, but my sense of teamwork from comp keeps getting in the way. =/ Plus, as a medic main who is really really bad at aiming needles and melee'ing, its hard to actually not rely on my medigun.

Have you seen me snipe? T.T Also, I think my demoknight might be as good as my scout. I generally just run around as soldier, and badly attempt to airshot, till people fall to their deaths!

then go pyro and use the reserve shooter or go engy and wrangle mini sentries

Yeah, that is one way to see it, I'm just so used to taking things in competitive eyes, and its a slow process to not.
