Silver Ag App

I don't think someone should be automatically disqualified because they are on the trade servers. However, it's not exactly a plus. And I don't see someone who trades all the time knowing much about gameplay or game mechanics to be able to judge griefers/hackers/etc.

You should get support from people who can say why you should be admin. And probably come up with a better reason yourself other than "I helped two people get banned."
 
Alright I'll ask for support today then, and i'll think of something to add. Thanks for the feedback.
 
you all make some good points, 4-5 admins are enough, but how i feel is that it would be good to have an admin that is on almost 12 hours a day, I am sometimes on longer than him but that is rare like he out lasts me 5/1 and he is on ALL the time, me and him known each other for 2 weeks straight because we are both on all the time, we have encountered 3 hackers with in 3 days, this happened last week, the 1st was the racism report, we could not get him for hacking because we could not get enough evidence, if we had an admin it would of been handled, but it was not unfortunately, he was banned for a few days for racism but he came back right after it expired and was hacking again, once again he caught us off guard and left before I could collect evidence, I understand that you guys have it covered but me and him cannot handle these situations alone, if we had an admin that was on the server it would have been handled within seconds, I tried to apply for adminship myself but I do not meet the criteria unfortunately and I would be more then just a trade admin because I enjoy your servers and have been on them a lot lately and I know that Silver would make an excellent admin if not a moderator because he is on trade servers allll the time and it would be up most convenient to have an admin on the servers all day, not only would it deter hackers and/or scammers but they can be handled swiftly because he will be there, you all make solid points but what I am trying to say is that Silver would be an excellent admin because he is on top of things and he is always on so he would always be on to handle problems at the source. I +5rep him because I know from experience that an admin Silver would make is highly needed on the servers, you may have 4-5 trade admins but they can not be on all 3 trade servers all the time. If someone is hacking and you feel that we won't get on in time to catch it, all we need is like a 30 second demo (if it's a really obvious thing like crit hacking, obvious aimbot) and then put up a report. Don't whine that he didn't get caught just because an admin wasn't sitting there 24/7. We have like 60+ servers and we're not going to be able to monitor them all the time and it's stupid to just throw more people at it since there is always a risk of making someone an admin and that offsets the advantage. At least in the case of someone who is sitting on a trade server 100% of their time.
 
I suppose I don't have to be an admin, I could just be a normal person looking out for this server*because I really enjoy this one <3*
and keep you inform incase of somebody hacking or spycrab runners with demo and such.
 
I'm sorry I did not mean it as whining I was just using it as an example and I understand that you have a lot of servers so you guys are spread thin, that is why I said it would be quite convenient if silver was an admin because he would be on all the time and him being on the server would be quite help full, I did not mean to look like I demeaning the quality of your work, you all do a great job, I was just trying to say if he was admin it would be helpful for not just the players but you guys as well, sorry i did not mean to come off that way and I apologize.
 
Requesting lock, would like to support Skial, but not as an admin but I suppose as a caretaker at the trade server where I dwell. Thanks for considering.
