I was going to Steam chat this, but I guess I might as well put it here and have others give some input.
Bottiger, I know that you are very modest and secretive, but I've been wondering, did you ever step back to look at Skial and think "Damn, I'm good."? Because you deserve it.
I'm not trying to be a kiss-ass, but I really wish I could have helped you better to build Skial. It might sound silly to some people, especially newbies, but I truly do care about Skial.
When you think about it, you've impacted hundreds of people in ways you can't even imagine.
Basically, thanks to you, I met Adam (Roman), through whom I've met his girlfriend (that I might see soon since I'm flying over to Florida, and she just got married to a great guy), and also through whom I met a girl from Panama (where I lived for 5 years) and which whom I'm great friends with now.
All the time people have spent just being active in the forum would have been time for them maybe being in another forum, maybe just not getting to know everyone here.
I know that you only intended Skial to be an idle server and a small forum for some people to get together and have a good time, but now thanks to you it's grown into over a hundred servers, a more than well populated forum and one of the top communities in TF2.
I just wonder, did you even stop to think about it? And if you did or do now, how does it make you feel?

Thirdied. Skial is like the only forum I frequently visit because it's the only one worth visiting. Though I haven't really established any real contact with the members, I still like the ratings system.

EDIT: Seriously mittens?

Yeah, Bottiger's cool. He just is, there is nothing bad you can really say about him.
He's just cool That's it. Nobody beats him. They can try, but they never will. Because Bottiger is superior. The End for me.
 
Botty is a great great being of light that has blessed mankind with Skial
or whatever he is, he is a great person
 
I wish I would have found this community sooner, I would have loved to build it into what it is today. Even though it grows all the time, still would have liked to have been a more prominent member in the early development.
