After playing with Phantom on Skials servers, I can say it's a good and friendly player.
Never seen him beeing dishonest or insulting etc...
I think he could be a good admin.
 
Phantom is a great guy to play TF2 with and highly values the rules and fair-play. I got unfairly muted once and he immediately started looking into it; I didn't even ask him to haha. : D I am sure he would make a great admin. I think so because when I met him the first time I was in a horrible mood and I was being pretty rude to some people in the server. He, however, responded with great maturity; we played on cp_dustbowl for a while and became friends. : )

Played with this person a few times.

His activity on the forum shows a great interest in community events
 
very patient guy with alot of respect to other players helpt me out alot and turned out as my vriend
he is very active very patient and very nice

As some of you know, i know Phantom in real live so take this in consideration when reading this.

As he has a great interest in skial servers, i think he is a good guy to have fun with, but he knows the limits and is mature when he needs too. He joined to forums out of interests a while ago and out of what I see he is a good guy to contribute to skial by handling stuff on servers. He is active on the forums/ servers and he knows a lot of regs on some EU servers.

Playing on skial servers for quite a while now, he seems like a pretty nice guy and he would probably be a good addition to your admin team
