Remove voteslay from Saxton Hale

It's abused a lot to voteslay Hale just because someone can't wait 2 minutes for the round to end. Could also be removed from Death Run if it's on there, but I don't know if it is.

Solution: reduce Hale's time-to-spectator. Allow Hale to be AFK for a lot less time so the problem that voteslay was introduced to fix will sort itself out.

Needs something more direct, I don't know how you admins are as of lately but I had some serious issues trying to get anyone on the job when I requested some help, everyone was American (thus sleeping or on the job w/e) or they were offline, so it was just sitting there waiting for it.

Therefor pictures or videos has to be made and a thread has to be started. But if you really want to have the person reported then you must take time to do this and most people are lazy if there isn't an admin online, they don't care that much then.

I used to go on vsh with the sole intention of capping, I didn't give two shits about killing the two bonk scouts running circles around me. 9/10 times someone started a vote to ban or report me for it. Hell, when I was an admin I'd go to the EU vsh and ban like five people in an hour for trying to ban Hale.

Just +1 this and remove the votemenu all together from vsh. Leave it to reports and competent players to contact admins.

I used to be online at times when a lot of servers were empty, some nights it was impossible to take breaks from reports, some times it was so boring that there really was nothing to do. So I'd go on vsh and see if I could remove some trolls.

There is actually no point to keep that menu on these vsh servers since it's being abussed for like 95% of the time. For these it would be just enough to get an admin there if something is going on or go to the forum to start a thread with the proof, it should be working.
But people try slaying or banning or muting people for NO reason. Just because they are mad. And the reports always get started because the person has died. I keep telling people not to use vote-menu unless the reason is really really good. Which isn't true over there.
In the past week from the votes that have been started and I was there on the server, there was only 1 vote (mute) that I could agree on (kid kept crying over mic) which got a fully 100% of the votes.
As long as the menu is on there I report every single player who abuses it in, even though it's not a vote against me (but it does happen), so it happens that I get 3 people banned in 10 minutes for abussing vote-menu. And it might sound stuppid but I just want to teach them to cut it out because there can be consequenses (or how you write it ^.^ ).
Bad people don't deserve a cookie.
