I joined their MVM server earlier in the day via quickplay to try out the new map, and within seconds I'm banned. So I look here and find this as the ban reason:
Tl;dr Railbait just banned everyone ever.
UPDATE: I'm unbanned. So is everyone else. They probably lost a good chunk of their player base though, since often times people move on to other servers without checking back.

I notice then that the entire first page is permabans by the console. My entire team of random quickplayers was banned too. Now I'm looking back at this banlist, and after flipping through pages and pages of these bans, all of which for the same violation, and I still haven't been able to stumble upon my own. It got buried that deep under the other bans.
