Problem solved. Can't Go Online

My steam is stuck as being offline no matter how many times I right click my bottom left icon and click online. It says no connection, but I can still browse the store and go on my profile to see what my friends are playing. I have tried restarting my pc, deleting the clientregistry.blob, and restarting steam.
