Without the graphics card, what?? This is all about the CPU and the Graphics Card.Definitely 60+ on high, without the graphics card.
That is a GT 640? Or GTX? If it even exists.Hard to say, I get 300 fps on my 640
He's talking about the GTX. The 610 GT is like a $35 card. It depends on your settings. You'll probably get 40fps on lowish settings with that card and that's with a fps config. Also, I don't see much point in getting an i3 on a desktop. It's worth the cost to upgrade to an i5.That is a GT 640? Or GTX? If it even exists.

Sorry to disappoint, but you can't upgrade that laptop. That's not a discrete card, it's integrated onto the motherboard. Also, the graphics card you're looking at is for desktops with a PCI-E slot. Generally the only things you can upgrade on laptops are RAM and harddrives. Not in the best financial position
So, are you telling me that that card is equal to my ATI Radeon 3100? Because this laptop is old as hell, like from 2008. And the graphics card I have right now is the same since this old thing was bought.
I didn't say I wanted to upgrade it, I asked. "Is an old-as-hell ATI Radeon 3100 equal to a NVIDIA GeForce GT610?"Sorry to disappoint, but you can't upgrade that laptop. Well in that case, yeah.I didn't say I wanted to upgrade it, I asked. "Is an old-as-hell ATI Radeon 3100 equal to a NVIDIA GeForce GT610?"
Oh I read it wrong. The 610 is probably about 2x as fast as the ATI integrated. That sucks ass.
I just want something to get me into the hundreds. I'm using the website CyberpowerPC to custom build a computer, so check it out, go into configurations, go to intel, and find the cheapest graphics for the best FPSWouldn't expect much, 610 isn't even meant for gaming.
