EVERY culture brainwashes their kids. That's how the culture survives.
We should really stop this discussion entirely now, and get back to the subject. This is about banning a well known regular of the skial community, not some random hacker who has no case and uses stupid excuses.

So Firegame are you saying the American culture is the to live after the Bible as the creationists in the video do?

you lost me here: "is the to live after the Bible as the creationist"
Re word your question. I don't understand what you are trying to say. Also, where are you from? just so i can give a relevant example on how your culture "teaches" its kids.

... Which is pretty funny cuz one of my posts that has only a tiny bit of religious stuff in it was moved here, and seems really out of context now, Del, can you answer my question?

I already answerd to your question earlier. It might have gotten deleted. Don't know what happend to it.

I half german half Italian.

The quote of mine refers to the two videos which I have posted earlier. If you haven't seen them then watch them and you might see what I mean.
Also this argument is about religion not culture.

Religion is a large part of a nations culture. I want to know the country you live in, or at least where you were brought up, not your heritage.

Your sentence does not make sense in English is what I am saying. I can't even get an idea of what you are trying to say, except that is somehow has to do with the fact that I agree with the creationists. I for the most part don't, but I could give you a few counter arguments that would agree with them if you want to have a religion vs science argument. I'm agnostic btw.

Well I am against religion, too. Sorry that my sentence makes no sense in English.
I am studying at the moment in Italy at University but was raised in Germany.

Don't worry about it. My Italian/ German is WAY worse than your English.
If someone is Agnostic they are neither highly religious of atheist. I have plenty of atheist friends and plenty of highly religious friends. Both groups are fine.
As a note, 62% of Germany is Cristian. The Pope, the leader of the Catholic church (Catholicism is often considered one of the more "hardcore" Christian factions) is based in Italy.

On wikipedia it said that 59% of all Germans are Christian but 79% of all Americans are Chirstian too (Italy 91% lol)
Yea Catholicism is definitely hardcore. Completley agree with you. But some Baptists or Methodists can also be very hard core (I think the ID developers are Baptists but I'm not sure on that)

Since were voicing our views here:

I myself bounce in-between a Catholic, Christian, and Theist (Theism or there is a God, but no Religion that worships him/her). I believe Jesus Christ died for my sins. I believe Jesus Christ is the prophet and the son of God. What I don't fucking get is that Creationism means Humans were created by God. Evolutionism or whatever it is, means that we evolved from Primates. What confuses me is that if we evolved from Primates, where the fuck did that Primates come from? That's why I think God put the basic units of life on the Planet, and they evolved into what is here today.

Odd, I had this idea in my head for a long time now.
I'm not sure who said this but I do believe in it
"It is not God who created man, it is man who created God"
God is simply an outlet to help answer some problems we can never prove.

This is what most of my religious friends believe. Works for me.

Finally. People who aren't complete retards when it comes to Religious views.

Have you studied the idea of Intelligent Design (ID in my future posts on this thread)? ID tries to explains everything with God. That's pretty funny I think. Also most ID supporters believe that the earth is 10000 years old. As scientific facts have proven it's many billion years older.

If you think about religion, it came out in the ancient times and there was a God for nearly anything that humans could not explain. If we look at Roman and Greek mythology (which are rather similar) we see that was a God for nearly anything: Zeus the Super God; Poseidon the God for the seas, horses and other stuff; Ares the God of War and thousands more. Humans made everything they could not explain a God. And over time we discoverd more and more things and the less Gods we had until Judaism came up with the idea to just have one God for everything. Christianity and Islam followed that idea. Why only one God? Because most of the stuff we had Gods for is now explainable. The more we advance the less Gods we have. Just look back at history. And recent data shows that more and more people are turning away from a religion as well as more and more stuff becomes explainable for which we thought we needed a God to explain it.
Also if you think about how many wars were caused due to religion (all the crusades and now the war against islamic terrorism). Religion brings some bad sideffects with them. Everybody who disagrees is an enemy (in an extreme view as the current Iranian government says or as the Christian crusaders said back in the days)

(I hope my phrases made sense in English as this is a complex subject to write about)
