Not sure on that. I'm a big trader and I'v done plenty of deals where a key is still its normal price. Can I see a reference of that?

Got me on that but that's depending where you go, there's a bunch of places for price checks.

I recommend looking around Tf2Outpost. You might find some one there selling it cheap, not sure for the sale but worth a look.
