I have no idea if this is just limited to me or if you guys actually have any control over this, but the glowing sprite that follows you around when you enter the command seems to get in your FOV a lot and makes it hard to see any incoming, also glowy things like Sandman balls, Crit rockets, etc.
If it is possible for you guys to change this, then moving it behind the player models just a little bit would be great.
Thanks!

Glow can, and has been adjusted (vertically and horizontally, but it moves so it's kinda hard to keep it totally out of the fov), it's not as bad as it used to be, but it's not perfect either. The rest of the stuff we don't really control, might be possible, but it's part of the stock game.

I don't mind it being in my FOV for one thing it just reminds me that I have the effect on for another thing it's only on trade servers so who cares if it blocks my vision for a second...

/glow isnt only for trade servers

I'm fairly certain it's for all servers, because I was just using it on 2fort a few hours ago. However, it's just when it's blocking my fov, not when it's present on the edge

Play with it on and look like a complete badass. It's like trying to cut down a tree while blindfolded. Hard, but respected.

I know it does cause a bit of lag, maybe we should change it to a flame that follows the player around but idk if it'd be better for frames
